China-Pak military ties are very deep and becoming deeper by the year. The trust has been built over many decades.

Regarding Pakistan's relations with the US, China's largest trade partner is the the US and they also trade with India. Pakistan can trade with whoever they like, its a non issue.

Pakistan doesn't care who China trades with and vice versa. We all have to buy and sell and make some money.
