Arabs are the third largest ethnic group in Turkiye.

The oldest towns and settlements in Anatolia were founded by Semitic peoples. Many of the names of Turkish cities are of Arab origin in South and East Anatolia.
The capital of Kurdish majority East Anatolia is Diyarbakir. Literally named after an ancient Arab tribe (Banu Bakr) that settled in the region and founded the modern city.
Turkiye's largest borders are with Arabs (Syria and Iraq).
There is no singular look because Turkish people are not an ethnic group but a conglomeration of various ethnic groups (Greeks, Armenians, Kurds, Arabs, Assyrians, Bosniaks, Albanians, Circassians, Gypsies (Roma people) and others).
The Turkic admixture is minimal and on average less than 10% among the Turkish speaking majority.
I joked about this a few years ago but in 100 years time, some of the Syrians that stayed in Turkiye, will be claimed as Turkic Central Asians by Turkish people, lol.
Yes, that is why most Turks have Arab/Semitic haplogroups J1, J2, E and G, lol.

Fact of the matter is that most of Anatolia for the past many millennia has been ruled by foreigners and that is is both absurd and pathetic to try and claim various Turkic dynasties outside of Turkiye when they have nothing to do with Turkiye and modern-day Turks (Anatolians).
Most of the world laughs at such behavior and with good reason.
Same as claiming some kind of kinship to the Battle of Talas as this thread is a good example of.
Any actual Turkic peoples (Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Kyrgyz etc.) would laugh at such behavior.
Reminds me of Afro-Arabs in Chad or NIger or Mali claiming purely Arabian/Arab heritage and being more Arabian/Arab than Saudi Arabians, lol.
End of story, really, so ending it here.
