Wrong, every member has the right to respond to disinformation or misleading information , if you choose to disseminate it OUTSIDE.

rationally unless your an enemy of Turkiye, every single person on earth outside the few nations that can produce such planes should wish to see this project succeed. If it succeeds it creates more global competition and that is good for the consumer.

Now when you consider its critical technology its even better. If 10 nations could produce Fifth generation planes, a nation like isreal for example couldnt horde her air dominance over the brown man in the middle east. Since their would be so many options to choose from that buying them would be easy.

Just like the Turkish TB2 changed warfare, Turkiye succeeding would change global dynamics too. For one most non-white nations would now have access to a 5th gen fighter.

Really dumb things are keeping talking a paper engine yet calling reality check a dumb argument.

Japan IHI assembled better F110 containing close to 50% Japan made components, and developed a small thrust XF5 as well.

So on the same ground, Japanese decided to develop their own F119 equivalent XF9, a 15 tons grade engine themselves, to power their own 5th shinshin prototype, which test flew 22 times, a number several times more than that of combined two KAAN prototypes flying in recent years.

To achieve that indigenous 5th gen fighter goal, at least Japanese really manufactured XF9-1 core engine ( a stage TF35000 has yet reach today) in 2018, and tested on ground to verify design parameters for five years, the outcome speaks itself as the XF9 project is as good as dead now. Although XF9-1 engine was offered to India to power AMCA, but Indians are not easily scammed and rejected this experimental engine, really contrary to here where paper engine flies like real.

Why should we tickle your ego? TF35000 will come and you people will cry baby about another thing. Dumb argument is people like you coming with dumb argument about how that country x did in 20 years and we will fail.

Now you are talking about Japan:ROFLMAO:....

There has been a very intense debate around the Spanish interest in KAAN. Some are saying it would replace FCAS others said it would just replace F18 (my oppinion it is this last one).

Anyway around 70% of people supports this new approach and are curious about this Turkish enterprise.

There are a hundred of comments in the under the article, most of users supports this iniatiative and the main question would be our participation in the program and the autonomy in the logistic line and modernizations.

TAI has been transparent at this point and offer an open technology for customers, something well beyond to US and even French proposal in F35 or FCAS projects.

FCAS is a dead end as long as the project includes Dassault, which doesn't want to share, they are essentially demanding Germany give up its capabilities it developed over the years with the Tornado and Eurofighter. I suspect the Germans might go it alone or with a few smaller countries via Airbus. FCAS could work if it was Airbus France led for the French share, but Dassault will not share.

Uğur Zengin, Deputy General Manager of the National Fighter Aircraft Program at TUSAŞ:

➡️ Low-volume serial production of the KAAN is ready and TUSAŞ has reached a capacity to produce 6 to 9 aircraft per year

➡️TUSAŞ have designed a new production facility capable of producing an additional 24 aircraft per year

➡️The second KAAN prototype will take flight within a few months

➡️The third KAAN will be on its landing gear next month

➡️The fourth KAAN is also expected to be on its landing gear by the end of the year

Things are moving rapidly with the KAAN

More news and further public debate about KAAN.
Because of the spanish interest in KAAN project I am sure that Germany and France will implement the FCAS.
But as many people say. KAAN fits as a perfect complement for FCAS or even GCAP program.
KAAN is flying right now and FCAS will take at least 6 or 7 years to reach a prototype or technological demonstrator.

FCAS is not going to happen, I predict we will see 3 different European fighter jet projects. 4 projects if you include Turkey and Spain.

UK and Italy - GCAP

France Alone or a jr partner - Dassualt plane

German + maybe Sweden - 3rd plane.

The French and German issue is never going to be fixed with Dassault as the lead manufacturer.

Turkey I suspect will be ready before anyone, then followed by GCAP, then French and then Germans.

The best thing about KAAN is its getting ready for CCA application as both KE and ANKA-3 are being simultaneously materialized, albeit much earlier....
