So to the so-called "cops" in here that think they know the law, but in reality don't really know cht, in some states it is a felony to drive off from a LEO when given a lawful command to stop/get out of car and when you add driving towards a LEO standing in front of vehicle and hit him one of the consequences is you're likely to get shot.

First of all, may I ask what your Legal Qualification? My wife's qualification is University of Malmö Law School, University of NSW Law School, the New York State Bar Association, NSW Bar Association

Secondly, this does not literally show anything other than that the agent was not knocked down. The threat was not imminent, and he has duty to retreat, which, if anything, this video shows he did have an avenue to retreat because he is still standing after the engagement. Even AS A MATTER OF FACT, he did not retreat; this video isn't showing him on the floor or under the car. WHICH IMPLIED, WHERE WAS THE THREAT?

and again, Supreme Court of the US Branes v Felix, use of force has to be considered in a Totality of Circumstances, which means the action of the agent also has to be accountable to the totality of circumstances, which means if this is justified for a layover stop for Good, then ICE should also shoot this cyclist

yet even in the 'worst' video angles, the officer is barely touched by the car and walks off just fine ?
