The jury is still out on whether the new contract agreements between the United Auto Workers (UAW) and Detroit's Big 3 major automakers will succeed.
So far, one positive result is that Tesla, Volkswagen, Honda, Subaru, Toyota, Hyundai, and Nissan have all increased worker pay following the UAW successful negotiation of new contracts with Detroit's Big 3 automakers.
Since the UAW union ratified new contracts with the Big 3 on November 20, 2023, their stocks are also up.
