US to soon initiate Military support to Pakistan along with bi-lateral Trade growth, the Economist report

They can talk and do business with 20 other people, who cares?

Ever heard, either you're on the table or you're on the menu?

If you don’t want to be on the menu than you must know what others are talking on their table... in geopolitics fronts are often intertwined... Russian oil for example... I mean India sold arty shells to Ukraine of all places while buying cheap Russian oil!

Let that sink in!

What I'm explaining is 'strategic alignment' by the US with Pakistan. Not "friendly talk" and English idioms.

Again, US-World relations and US-Pakistan relations have no comparison. US-PAK relations have their own direction based on mutual interests now. We, the Pakistanis need to grow out of the conspiracy theories.

If we don't understand this situation, or have expertise, that's fine. Just give it time and slowly it will start to synch in as things get better.

Thank you. When the Apple cart was upside down, it was then. We are at now and the future :)

Yes, a case can be made on trade and investment, but that is not directly analogous to weapon systems procurement. So, the US can continue maintaining influence at a broad policy level, but the lever it once had on the Pakistani military’s operational realities has eroded. Whether this is a stronger or weaker approach to Pakistan is currently unclear, but it is different from the anchors of this relationship through the Cold War and into the early 2000s. And, for the context of this piece, this new mode of relations may leave the US defence industry out of the fold.

Of course they did. What else did we expect from Modi?

Russia also needs to introspect. Is India really a reliable partner that makes a switch under pressure?
According to the US strategists, 15 Bharati tycoons control her policies. Hence, they know where to put pressure and which knows to turn.....

New Indians tariffs over and beyond the current 25% rate kicking in over the next 24 hours

Nothing is off the table if Modi doesnt surrender and make a trade deal. You will see USA using Pakistan to cut arrogant India in size.

Operation Sindoor will be remembered as pivotal moment in India-USA relations.

India will continue to be a big economy but the Indian "Economic Miracle" much of the west has been flouting has not come about, this could signify its end. As America retreats into protectionism the very neoliberal free trade concept that made China rich is (possibly deliberately) being denied to India.

Now it is imperitive Pak Gov supports Pak industry in taking advantge of this
