When they have loads of posts built, there is no excuse of "open porous border", to hide behind anymore. Their building of posts should be encouraged.

1. It takes away their excuses for infiltration
2. It is a form of acceptance of the border
3. Any units tied up in border infrastructure are soft targets if they become aggressive.
