In 2000, you were behind Pakistan. Now thanks to Bangobandhobi you have left them behind.

That's why we are the least livable city on earth! Our per capita meat consumption is one of the lowest.

Let's also not forget the fake numbers manufactured by BAL and its cronies.

Cost of living in Bangladesh is higher than Pakistan all while earning potentials remain the same or lesser.

We all had to rush to India for treatments and were dependent on India for almost everything.

No wonder you like being a cunning linguist with Hasina!

The poor pakistani's can somehow afford to consume almost 5 times more meat per capita.

The world bank recently classified Indian data as C grade.

@baldfish

The world bank recently classified Indian data as C grade.

No, they didn't. To begin with it was IMF, not WB. They gave a C only to national income accounting data. They gave B on inflation and revenue data and a B overall. Incidentally, IMF also gave the same rating to PRC. Now hopefully you will not question Chinese data. In any case, neither GHI nor multidimensional poverty are income dependent data points.

It is quite unfortunate that you didn't go to a regular school, or you wouldn't be making such elementary mistakes.

Now you may want to look up this data too. BD consumes 24 kg/capita fish, while PAK consumes only 1.5 kg. You add up meat and fish consumption data, you get more or less the same number. Seriously, never thought that I would have to tell a fellow Bong that the primary source of protein is fish!

Please add some iodine to your salt please

But, honestly, Bangladeshis need to increase meat and wheat consumption.

Otherwise they’ll remain midgets!!

And the dream of greater Bangladesh will remain an illusion.

Sell more illish to India. Use the money to smuggle(I mean import) cattle.

Its even more unfortunate that you are trying to use your gaushala modinomics.

I stand corrected. IMF called India data C grade.

If you went to regular school you wouldn't have paved the way for further conversation.

The IMF gave India a 'C' grade for its national accounts/GDP data due to methodological weaknesses, including an outdated 2011-12 GDP base year, gaps in capturing the large informal economy, discrepancies between production and expenditure methods, and slow updates for government finance data, which hinders accurate economic monitoring.

In India, the last accepted official poverty line remains the one set by the Tendulkar Committee in 2009, based on 2011-2012 data, which is widely considered outdated and controversial for being too low.

Relying solely on the MPI (and not updating the consumption-based poverty line) allows the government to claim a dramatic reduction in poverty by using indicators where government schemes have performed well (like opening bank accounts). They contend this approach undercounts the number of people who are income-poor.

All from a simple google search AI.

Bruh! A big chunk of Pakistan is a desert and they aren't known for eating fish. However here in East Bengal we do have a strong tradition of meat consumption and that has declined and needs to recover. Meat consumption will always be favored over fish consumption in the original parts of Dhaka, these days referred to as Old Dhaka.

The love for fish in East Bengal is not at the West Bengal levels. I hope they teach such differences at your gaushala.

I think you got @SoulSpokesman wrong.

He is genuinely an honest broker. And bears no malice.

Save your insults for the actual Hinduvta. There are many here.

Insane. $4 million for a cheapest 3-bedroom villa
So if you have $1 million you probably can buy a garage.

Vingroup surprisingly withdraws from the bid of building North-South HSR. The company will focus on building the HSR northern and southern sections and multiple other projects across Vietnam.

So as it is Thaco remains the sole bidder for the $61 billion HSR.
