The one thing which Israel has over Turkey which will keep it near top dog in the ME is the endless US $$$ that keep it propped up, Turkey has to pay hard cash for all its procurement and projects, Israel just gets uncle sam to always foot the bill.

but Turkiye could not use flying computer F-35s without American permission against Israel

F-35s needs codes from USA before every flight mission
Without American permission F-35s can not even take off

F-35s would be good option for the Turkish Air Force against Iran and Russia
