PAF wants the payment to be made from CSF while the u.s wants cash.

The Pak Deep State, by definition, is historically committed not to show it's "cash" to the USA. However, now that paradigm-shifting Trumpism (don't care about the color of the cat as long as it can catch the mice) is taking hold in the USA at a damn fast pace, the Pak Deep State may have no option but be open to do "business" with the USA. It definitely will be an interesting thing to watch....
