It is possible.According to SIPRI China has received orders for 90 combat aircraft, could some of them be for the PAF? View attachment 184698
I'm guessing it's likely J-10Cs on order. Remaining 16-20 aircraft. Though the 90 number is interesting. Who else has ordered fighters from china @Deino @MichaelAccording to SIPRI China has received orders for 90 combat aircraft, could some of them be for the PAF? View attachment 184698
I think so as well. I think the order books here can be spread between J-10 and JF-17.Could be counting JF-17C sales as under China?
There is no confirmed information at present.

I don't think so. They don’t take PAF instructors on fighters. It would be a trainer like Hawk or PC-21.Back then must have been Mirage 2000, you can see images in some background pics

Was talking about recent years.Yes, Qataris did take PAF as instructors on fighters I think. I know one personally and I think even Kaiser Tufail was on the F-1 Mirage for them
PC-21s. They only took PAF IPs for Mirage F1s briefly. But the man giving him the certificate in the picture is ex-PAF, with a Qatari military rank, flew Alphajets and Mirage 2000s for Qatar. Got famous for tipping over a PAF F-16 during a scramble demonstrationI don't think so. They don’t take PAF instructors on fighters. It would be a trainer like Hawk or PC-21.
