He tried to fill NHS with doctors who are qualified while British ones will not take residency, they go for post grad and are experiencing demand glut because how many Cardiologists can a hospital have? Thanks to Rishi we now have thousands of British unemployed doctors.

The PLAB test can be taken by anyone from the subcon. Passing it however is up to the students (doctors).
I recruit and use indeed in UK. 80% responses for unskilled or semiskilled is Indians who are here under student visas pretending to study but begging for work. We know the problem and we helping authorities deal with this Indian problem
Great move by current home office lead shabana in making them wait 10 years lol before they can apply for citizenship etc at the same time making it hard for them to stay legally charging them the earth for visas to stay here lol
Mr @peacemaker99 is definitely trolling. Don't get too sucked in. Your point about UK graduates is true though across multiple sectors. I guess Indians must be feeling oppressed somehow by Hindustan hence the desperation to come here on the next available flying girba venue. Not thousands but millions.
Second rate doctors who struggle to speak English whilst highly qualified U.K. grads are overlooked.

Why do Indian doctors emigrate? Stay in India!
It’s an irony that it took a Pakistani home secretary to finally put a stop to Indian immigration.
Shabana has finally put a stop to runaway immigration.
Indians are always making a case for higher immigration.
But immigration in skilled areas like medicine and engineering only leads to lower standards.
NHS complaints and litigations has gone through the roof thanks to immigrant doctors from the third world.
Mate it won't work. They have visa temples. We mortals are powerless against this.I recruit and use indeed in UK. 80% responses for unskilled or semiskilled is Indians who are here under student visas pretending to study but begging for work. I am absolutely against importing “skilled labour” unless there’s huge shortages. Which there ISNT!!
U.K. unis are the best.
Any importation will lower the standards and create unemployment as well. It’s a lose, lose!!
Don't expect any better from Burnham, nor from the Tories, nor from Reform, nor from the Greens.I am absolutely against importing “skilled labour” unless there’s huge shortages. Which there ISNT!!

Unfortunately Governments are run by large businesses wanting cheap labor.
If you think this through logically…
Any country whose unis are world class won’t import “skilled labour” from the third world.
It would want its own, higher qualified, citizens, to get those jobs.
It only makes sense to import low skilled labour - as you don’t want your own kids doing those jobs.
Importing low skilled labour also helps the middle class thrive. E.g. maids, nannies, cooks. But obviously without recourse to state benefits
It should be much easier to get live in servants - as they don’t create pressure on housing
