Yes, the American is indeed getting shafted in the labour market in numerous ways, plenty of other routes

You guys would know best, truly.

It's kind of a crazy scenario where a bunch of foreign workers aggressively take jobs in America, over decades, the Indians will want citizenships when they can, plus their family, and then subsequently become flag waving desi Americans decade after decade ....but if anyone objects after 30 years of this occurrence..... Hey that's capitalism , or don't be so racist, or Hinduphobic

For all the anti-illegal immigration policies Trump has initiated, including proposals to change birthright citizenship, he has hardly signaled anything against the H1B program. In fact, he has contributed to supporting it, emphasizing that it's not just about tech—there’s a need for H1B workers in other sectors as well. My feeling is that Trump will take a very hardline view on illegal migration, using it as leverage while simultaneously making it easier for the American economy to hire foreign talent legally through H1B or other routes. Ultimately, American voters (not just the vocal MAGA crowd) through their leaders will decide what immigration policies they want. However, some PDFers here seem to be acting "whiter than white" on this issue.

You just copy pasted a bunch of visas and then cherry picked which ones turned out to be dual intent. It doesn't deviate from the fact that Vivek's tweet was in the context of an H1-B discussion, although the discussion could apply to all such visas.
