That ! This is the thing I was noticing, Iran is not afraid of showing it so it seems like Iran is taking a lot of Damage. Israel is putting a complete info blackout, even the live feeds seem to be manipulated now.

The same happened in Pak/India war last month. Pakistan was showing live images of their bases being hit, India was doing a complete blackout. Guess who got screwed so bad, that they have not touched Pakistan again. Its when things get really bad, that you have to resort to such info blackouts.

Israeli media reports that Iran lost its entire military command and Khamenei doesn't know the new commanders is hilarious propaganda

IRGC has an army of commanders with experience in top positions over the past 20 years. they are constantly being rotated across different positions and Khamenei obviously knows them all.

Safavi, Ali Jafari, Pakpour, Ali Fadavi, Ali Ahmadian, Mousavi, Tangsiri, Izadi, Vahidi, Rezaee, ... then there is Artesh commanders too which basically have not been affected at all.

the depth of IRGC commanders is huge. even 5 of the last 6 IRGC commanders since 1997 are still alive! only Salami was killed (at 65 years old).

Regarding Trump's call, everyone including US media said that Iran was about to lunch their 'biggest' attack that night and Trump's threat was to stop that attack and force Iran to tone it down. Which worked. That attack never happened and since then we have not seen any large attacks. Next day he returned back to calling for negotiations.

Trump lives in the moment. He would commit to one thing and then roll around towards another as soon as things change. There is an article on CNN saying how Trump woke up and saw Israel's sabotage and immediately went online to take credit of it, without asking anyone. Then as soon as Iran started attacking he went online and took credit for speaking with Middle East allies to stop bigger attacks. Nobody in US takes his tweets seriously. If he DOES see Iran is weakening, then he might as well drop a bomb and take credit. If he sees Israel is weakening then he might push Iran for ceasefire and take credit.

That part about Trumps character, I know. But you have to remember there is strong Israeli lobby, Trump can't just go around taking credits without some concrete actions that will please the Israelis.

No its not. Israel would have used a nuke long ago if it could. Its not like they have any any respect for humanity or any inhibitions.

The reason, Iran can simply attack their Nuclear Bases and Reactors (and that is why they have not done it until now, it will only happen if Israel shows any stupidity). The whole place will be unlivable for next 40,000 years (at low end) to 2 Million years (at the higher end).

Reactor fuel is far worse than any atomic blast (Hiroshima went back to life after a week, while Chernobyl is dead since 40 years and will always remain so). And that is precisely why Iran does not need any nukes in the first place. US Intelligence rubbishes that Iran is (or was) making nukes, UN Rubbishes it, but Israel keep using it as an excuse to attack Iran anyway. Though, now they might make one as an insurance against the US as well.

Well, that can't be a full proof solution. Israel can turn of their reactors, move the fuel to a different location and then strike Iran with nukes.

I believe his visit was arranged before the war between Iran and Israel started and he is there to have some trade/investment for Pakistan and maybe some security related matters.
Pakistan or any other country has not much pull to mediate in this conflict. Apparently, per NY Times, Netanyahu arm twisted Trump into agreeing to support Israel's attack. It is Netanyahu calling the shots.

No one is going to talk to a military general about economic investments or issues. Can you imagine head of any American company doing that? They are used to talking to civilians. This is why the current model in Pakistan does not work economically.
