The J-35 will be produced slowly in 1-2 years after the completion of SAC's new factory. During this period, the production line needs to be debugged. Of course, the J-35 series fighters themselves also need to be continuously improved.

The development progress of the J-35 Air Force version is about 1-1.5 years faster than the Navy version. SAC should first mass-produce the J-35A to replace the old fighters in the PLAAF as soon as possible. The production of the J-35 Navy version will proceed, but the quantity will not be too large.

Your comments are inline with my assessment:
- AC's: 5 by 2030. With this new merger and expansion, 10 more by 2040-2042. Total: 15. Liaoning and Shandong +1 more will be made training carriers and for defense against 1st Island chain.

- J-35's: Like you said, mass production of J-35A. While small batch production of J-35B/N for 1 AC right now. Total annual to remain below 70 per year. From 2027 60+ and 2028, we could see a similar number like J-20 assembly line, above 100 per year.

- J-36/J-50: small batch production in parallel for essentially new doctrine and 6th gen warfare proof of concept buildout.

I must admit, I'm still not totally sure how to read these new H-serial numbers but it seems to me a code of aircraft, operational use, unit, sub-unit and individual bort number within that unit. (maybe @Michael can explain better?)

As such the best understood part of the system is the 1st digit aka 1 = fighter and the final two digits aka 93 = bort number!

The construction number or which aircraft it is within a certain production batch can only be identified by the construction number, which is here not visible.

The most unconfirmed part of the new number is the 2nd to 5th digits.

PLA Naval Carrier Aircraft. The larger sized two digit numerical number is just the last trailing digit of the tactical number for that fighter. It is the long string of characters that is the complete tactical number for that fighter.

So far, it has no foreign trade orders.
So, we don't know when it will be exported.

even with Luneberg Lens, there is no way a su30mki can detect a J20 unless it's like 30-50 km away or maybe even less.

A J-20 or J-35 will never need to come this close to a SU-30 or any enemy jet. Per tactics, the BVR's well in excess of 100 KM, will do the job. If the missiles are spent without loss, they'll turn back and let the reinforcement take charge.

Well, we know the naval version‘s LRIP batch must be at least 12 aircraft in size and for the PLAAF Batch 01 we know two, so IMO at least 14 should be ready yet.
