Not to be a quitter but man you just have to move to better states/areas as you have had to deal with sh*t you shouldn't have had to be dealing with. Such an un-needed distraction is wasting too much of your life.

I agree with you.
Have a few people on vacation scouting out a place for us up in that area right now.
We are fed up with the criminal oligarchy here in Oklahoma. It will never change.
Haven't seen the movie, Killer of the Flower Moon. Someday I will.
There is a very good reason for the birth of the FBI because of the criminal elite here in Oklahoma.

A few weeks ago a wealthy rancher put a gun to the face of my manager. Luckily, a US Marshall walked in the truck stop.
Manager refused to press charges for a very good reason. Not only will the local judge let the rancher off, the rancher and his fellow criminal elite will go after my manager.

Two years ago another wealthy rancher side swiped my car driving home drunk from the cattle auction up in Kansas.
I, too, knew it was a waste of time calling the police. Did convince the rancher to pull out a few hundred dollar bills to pay for the damage. That was after I threatened to beat the shit out of him.

Massachusetts crime is extremely localized. Look how the stats skew just by removing the 5 most troublesome towns/cities which house only 5% of the state's population...
Result: a 36% drop in violent crime.
BTW North Adams is mostly white...but it is hillbilly territory where everybody has a closet full of guns and aren't afraid to use them. I had hillbilly cousins living up there.
Speaking of the "old days" my family went through this same scene when my dad drove us all up multiple times to meet my mother's cousins in North Adams back in the late 70's and early 80s.
Clark is going through the same uneasiness as my Dad. Meanwhile we three kids were doing massive WTF's.
My mom actually made us pick out stuff from our toy and game collections to give to them because they were so poor. Luckily we had outgrown most of it so it wasn't too much of a personal hit. Other than GI Joe stuff I can't even remember what games and other stuff we gave them. Seems we had this big box that we threw in "all the stuff that sucked".
They lived in what looked like a house made from a double-wide with carpets that had dog pee stains. They did have some guitars and amps and were completely obsessed with REO Speedwagon.
The whole time we had to deal with hearing this song over and over and over and over and over.

Appreciate the suggestions.
This is a young couple, newly married and expecting their first child. I convinced them there are much better areas in America. Leaving it up to them where they want to move to.

Badge fag showed up an hour ago, following the mother of three home after she paid $190 to get her car out of impound. Harassment, of course.
She stopped here because she knows I will be a good witness this time of night
Standing outside, enjoyed watching her tell off the officer.
BTW, the NWA extended version I posted is pretty good.

Looking at some of the posts above, I thought of a conversation with wife as we were out till late last night. We looked at the crowd of 50+ plus number of people; not a huge crowd for the size of the establishment. It was a well mannered crowd. No fighting. No pushing away others. This is off season. Most were in their 20s to early 30s but a few oldies like me--and wife, though she is still in her 40s. It was mostly a WASP crowd.
Anyway, we thought, when will our little peaceful community change to become another ghetto place full of weirdos who exist in big cities and even mid sized cities. Immigrants with no education and manners, the 'inner city' crowd, the druggies.
I know, I sound elitist but it is not really: Some peace of mind is not much to ask for. So damn be the 'diversity'!
And when we came home late night, wife and I made passionate love. Yup, we still have the spark in us! Haha!
