Aftermath of the Iran-US war and its effects on proximities

Pakistan must stand with Iran and at least supply medical and food aid to Iran.

No thanks.

Iran was in the process of encircling Pakistan with India.

Chabahar port dealings and the Indian spies that created the network of BLA to attack Pakistan were part of this.

Pakistan needs to deal with their Shia political extremists who are Iranic idelogues or proxies. They have become a threat to their interests. They must be dealt with.

Once Iran and Afghanistan have been remodelled, India will permanently lose influence on Pakistans western front.

I really don't understand whats wrong with Pakistanis, we don't owe anything to anyone. Look after your interests and remain a reliable partner to your allies.

Humanity is above petty politics. The overwhelming majority of the country are sympathisch with the Iranian people.

Hold on to your chaddis....

As a very young boy I remember watching PTV khbarnama at 9 pm where they the iran and Iraq was disscussed everyday for 10 years and one day the world relented and the Iranians surrvied. We forget that the Iranians do not surrender against chemical and biological weapons and Iraq who at the time was armed by the US with thier F-1 mirage fighters …….

Alas we learn nothing from history.

What ever happens , the chaos is going to be around for years , long after war has gone.

The United States single-handedly made Tehran more embolden and assertive in our region when it destroyed Saddam Hussain Iraq in 2003 , which was Iran’s natural military and political counterweight in the Middle East. Tehran hypocrites then helped Delhi encouraging a violent instability in west areas of Pakistan. I do understand why many Pakistanis people have no sympathy for Iran today.

The United States is far from exhausted; politics constrain its industrial might, but if it were unrestrained, it has enough capacity on its own to produce arms that could rival those of the Europeans, Russians, and Chinese combined.

Do remember that most industrial companies are required to maintain a war-footing plan by the Department of Defense if a World War-like scenario arises.
No it doesn’t. It’s actually the opposite. This assertion is the absolute opposite of reality.

China is the one with the capacity to out produce the entire western world, not just the US, by more than 3:1 and it’s not even close. US production capabilities are notoriously inefficient and outrageously expensive.

If anything China is the one that is restrained, spending a measly 1.7% on its military which is completely idiotic considering the state of the world. If China shifted to a wartime economy, it would produce the equivalent of the entire US military in a single year.

Pakistan state has to plan for the worse concerning our neighbour Iran. Iran might become another Afghanistan 2 on our border! The whole point for Israel is to collapse Iran so that the different factions turn on each other. That’s a nightmare for us.

We cannot afford three frozen conflicts along our borders. Your assertion is sound; there are both internal security and geo-political implications that must be considered.

Who would hypothetically Pakistanis back in Iran if the state collapsed into chaos and factional fighting. I wonder if GCHQ have drawn up any plans for this ☹️

It depends really on what happens in Iran but if it descends into infighting and civil chaos we should stay as far away as possible and perhaps establish a buffer zone to prevent spill over.
