How useful would Murmansk BN electronic warfare be against a counter attack by the west? Would it defend against F-22, F-35 and drones?

It spoofs aircraft by recording their electronic emissions, since 5th Gen have LPI ( Low probability of intercept ) radars, it's difficult to track em but not the case with 4/4.5.

It probably won't defend against F35/22 but drones would get fried and alot of Comm system would get jammed.
