All that was said was that BD's average GDP growth rate is 1-2% per annum higher than India and one of the main reasons its economy recently surpassed BD in GDP growth rate after well over a decade of BD growing quicker.

Just need to look at IMF data and you will see that this is exactly what happened over last 15 years.

Both BD and India are doing well and so what is the problem here?
