Offtopic but Pakistan was ahead of India and Bangladesh through the 80s. It was when the fever of 'democracy' came to Pakistan after the death of Zia ul Haq in 1988 that Pakistan started to fall behind and right around that time, Indians finally shed their pseudo-socialism and became a more market based capitalist economy and started galloping ahead. And for Bangladesh, whether one likes that or not, it was Hasina Wajid's long, tyrannical rule which ensure focus and continuity of policies which propelled BD ahead of Pakistan.
Pakistan needs a long, focused rule with continued policies. And I believe the events in Pakistan reflect a long term Hybrid model with the military calling the shots while the politicians are supposed do efficient governence. This is the new doctrine, an unsigned Charter of Economy between the military and several political parties. And this is not going to change even if General Asim Munir dies of a heart attack today. The Idiot Imran Khan was given the same options with real power in KPK like the Sharifs, the Bhuttos and the Bugtis are given. Imran and his minions were too stupid to play the game.

Anyways, russia buys its rare earth from China and China itself does not need to import more rare eraths since its the worlds largest producer.
My point is, even though Pakistan's rare earth deposit maybe worth 7 trillion but practically there is only limited amount that can be exported.
