Pm Imran Khan in NY Times- 'we shot down one plane and captured the pilot'
Air Cmdr kaiser Tufail - 'we shot down one plane and captured the pilot'

Don't argue - we South Asians follow our leaders and our own army very blindly - and always believing in the statements - does not matter, - true or false.

It's applicable to India also - so all are happy.

In this case, Pakistani members can be happy, doesn't matter if that is true or false... similar way, many Indians believe F-16 was shot down... Both claims has no difference

Actually Usman was the pilot when the aircraft was photographed in Turkey during Anatolian Eagle exercise.
The SU-30 shooter was Hassan Sadiqui.
And yes it's diecast with scale of 1 : 72.
Aaah,Sadiqui was the pilot back in 2019.

Diecast model, must have soldout fast in Pakistan, considering the popularity of this specific event and of the PAF!

Yes, Hassan Sadiqui was the shooter and his action led Modi to call it an act of war.
For over a year, I couldn't find this model here in UK as it went constantly out of stock.
Who knows, after the AMRAAM Dodger patch, Indians may still bring out replica of Abhinandans MiG-21.

Yaar wasn't there a thread in old website where a member debunked the tail section of a destroyed MiG 21 was displayed as a war trophy by Indian Airforce?

Oh yes. Found this pic.

First go and scratch your heads thinking when did PAF use MiG 21 against India in a war?
IAF still had the audacity to put up this as a war trophy.

Prime minister of Pak said only one plane was shot but hobbymaster knows better.
Probably they do - but another aspect could be that because the PAF has chosen to acknowledge the kill they have decided to make it.
You can dispute it all you want but the fliers in the air, combat commanders in the air and on the ground, along with some nice people roaming around Avantipura confirmed it to them.

Cannot shake their proof.

Because these Indian ultranationalists like to constantly move goalposts and go tone deaf if you show them their much much much more obvious fake claims.

Best is to simply IGNORE them - don’t engage with them, act like they don’t exist because their only purpose on this forum is to stick their hand in their pocket as they look hard to find something and jiggle it while they feel happy bashing Pakistan and waiting for the next caller on the line wanting to see if their Walmat coupon is still valid.

Maybe they claimed it's a J-7?

Was it ever proven that a SU30 was shot down because it’s a big aircraft surely when it crashed ppl would have gathered round ? No?

First the background to the story....

Lockheed F-16BM "Su-30 Killer" 84606, Pakistan Air Force, 2022

General Background
The F-16 Fighting Falcon was produced by General Dynamics who became Lockheed who then merged with Martin Marietta to become Lockheed Martin. The F-16 entered service in January 1979 as a multi-role jet fighter that evolved into an all-weather multi-role aircraft capable of sustaining 9-g turns. The F-16 is relatively inexpensive to purchase and maintain so the U.S. and 25 other countries added it to their inventory. The Fighting Falcon is referred to by its pilots as the "Viper"; and will remain in USAF service until 2025.

The Aircraft
From June 16th until 30th 2022 the 2022 annual Anatolian Eagle (AE-22) exercise was held at the 3rd Main Jet Base Command in Konya, Turkey. The exercise was attended by 6 international air forces using about 50 aircraft. This is similar to the NATO and Tiger Meet of the Americas was carried out using opposing forces in high threat situations. Attending this exercise from Pakistan was F-16BM 84606 from the 11th Squadron (Arrows) that was delivered in December 1983 and on February 27, 2019 shot down an Indian Air Force Su-30.

Now for over a year, I have been trying to acquire this model of the PAF Viper but astonishingly all the official suppliers were constantly sold out. Despite some companies advertising for a few of the models to be available for sale but when inquiring, the reply always was that currently the product is out of stock. All in all, I had all but given up, however a dear young member of the family knew how keen i was for this model and remained persistent in the hunt. In the end, unknown to me, he didn't only manage to acquire the "Sukhoi Slayer" but also the "Bison Blaster ".
The former had arrived in time and was given to me as an ideal Eid gift yesterday. The details on the PAF Viper 84-606 are incredible.
