On 7 Oct 2023, in answer to continued Israeli Zionist oppression of Palestinians in the form of killing of 247 Palestinians in 2023, Increase in settler attacks had displaced hundreds of Palestinians, and continued Israeli provocations at the Al Aqsa Mosque; the resistance groups in Gaza led by Hamas initiated Operation Al Aqsa Flood that led to the deaths of 1200 Israeli and capture of upto 250 prisoners. Israel has in turn initiated a brutal attack on Gaza which has been described as a genocide by many observers.

• Clashed with IOF forces & detonated explosive devices inflicting deaths & injuries, east of Shujaiya neighbourhood.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades (Fatah Affiliated):

• Clashed with IOF soldiers positioned next to military vehicles using machine guns & anti-tank shells, with confirmed casualties, in the western axis of Sheikh Radwan

Mujahideen Brigades:

• Clashed with IOF soldiers & vehicles, causing confirmed casualties in the Al-Zaytoun & Shujaiya axes.

Martyr Jihad Jibril Brigades(Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command ):

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has said that Pakistan considers Israel an oppressor and stands with the rights of Palestinians to their existence and return to their land. link


The caretaker prime minister stressed that the Israeli occupation forces were in clear violation of the international humanitarian and human rights law, and their indiscriminate and disproportionate use of force amounted to war crimes and crimes against humanity.


He called on the international community to hold Israel accountable for its crimes.
