There are 4 major dam being build till 2030s and all are in kpk. None in Punjab.

I meant Chenab's peak monsoon flow is 3.3 MAF for those 4 months (at that tunnel point), off which 1.1MAF (tunnels capacity) can ideally be pulled out. Which would be ~0.9 MAF with desilting losses.

I am not converting annual cusec figures. I am converting specific months's cusec figures in MAF for that particular 4 months season.

Even then, converting peak discharge into " 1.1 MAF extracted, 0.9 MAF net" is still theoretical capacity arithmetic, not operational hydrology....

Also, just for reminder, the nearby 9 km Atal Tunnel was supposed to be a Rs 500 crore, 4-year project...... It ended up taking roughly 10 years and costing about Rs 3,200 crore...
