I like that Pakistan is more forcefully claiming the history of the Indus Valley Civilization as its own in this statement.

When India quashed IWT and said deal with it, a typical "DABDA" response with a witty humor.
'oh, the water diverted is so miniscule", " oh, we have enough buffer", "oh, China will divert India's share of water"
essentially accepting that there is no response from their side.

Its funny to see the Pakistanis in this forum who still believe that they can bring India to the negotiation table. The bus is long gone.

Please be clear. This word "quashed" you used....it's not quite the same as "broke".

I want to know if ONE SINGLE Indian phraand on these pages thinks that India BROKE the treaty.

Words like "quash" and "abeyance" may sound clever in whatsapp communities but we need to know categorically if India broke a signed and ratified treaty that was made between two sovereign nation states. Such an act tells us what we need to know about the reliability of doing business with baniya qom.

So, come on, cough up - yes or no question. No excuses or whataboutery or obfuscation like the rest of your compatriots have been doing. Own your acts.

The darpokh qom is afraid to formally document their own war dead until over a year after the event. Similarly, they seem to be terrified of simply stating loud and clear "we broke the terms of the IWT that we had originally agreed to".

India has, for several decades, aspired to a permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council and wanted to see itself included among those who make global laws, but why has it today become a country that breaks those very same laws? Me asking a question from the panelists during #IndusWaterTreaty seminar that why can't Pakistan now reclaim it's legitimate rights over eastern rivers of Indus Water system. Ahmad Bilal Sufi agreed that this can be one of the options for Pakistan and India inadvertently opened more options for Pakistan.

Pakistan can now object on any project on any of the rivers of Indus Water system including the three eastern rivers.

Under international law Pakistan have rights over 3 eastern rivers. WIthout IWT we will destroy dams build on 3 eastern rivers and any project that divert their water. The ultimate loser will be India as without dams on either side mean all of water naturally come to Pakistan. Obviously this war will not stay limited to dams. Pakistan will destroy $500bn Indian oil refineries among other. And at the end finish it with nuclear bombs on gangu telis.

No, India is not in violation of the treaty it signed. The treaty is put in abeyance/suspension following material breach of treaty.
