I think we need both HQ-9B and HQ-19 to counter Israeli threats. And we need at least 6 batteries of each. And it's still going to be useless without an air force.

We really need to mass produce Bavar-373 for our needs. We need to recover our OTH radars, multi-static radars and complement our AD without AEW&C.

Getting those systems is a better approach than getting figher planes. Planes require a long time for pilots to get trained properly, but AD systems can be fully operational in no time.

Correction. Chinese population's opinion is pretty much against Israel now esp in view of what it has done recently to Palestine and the Mideast. There isn't much cooperation between China and Israel nowadays. US isn't as important as it used to be after the trade and tech wars it started years ago, China's trade with US and dependence on its tech have greatly reduced.
Why would Huawei not do business in Israel ? Unless Israel is under US pressure not to. Huawei is a private commercial company.
It's true most Chinese don't think China and Iran have close relation and are allies.

Russia didn’t provide Iran with Su-35 fighter jets or the S-400 defense system, despite Iran being under threat for decades from nuclear powers like the U.S. and Israel — and ultimately attacked by them.

Yet, Russia offered India — a U.S. ally — 117 Su-35Ms and joint Su-57 production with full tech transfer.

This isn’t a criticism of Moscow; it’s acting in its strategic interest. If Türkiye (a NATO member) or Saudi Arabia (a U.S. ally) request Su-35s, Su-57s, or S-400s, Russia would likely agree.

Maybe this reality helps Tehran better understand international relations and the true nature of national interests.

I have always said that Russia should never be seen as an ally or aligned when Israel is involved in the issue. I will never tire of repeating that.

In fact, it becomes yet another state that will no longer do business importing weapons from Russia, and the Russians will lose yet another customer forever.

In the long term, China will become the third largest exporter, ahead of the Russians, but still behind the US and France.
