It was Mohsin Naqvi or whose voice was that, system is done and dusted.
instead of talking about the breakneck speed AI is developing and Anthropic, Google, Meta talking about slowing down the progress, Pakistan still searching for clean water, affordable power and just comfortable mode of transportation.

Smaller provinces, power and finance devolved at city level are the right way to go. Are the powers that be are serious or it is just a diversion?
There is no single problem, there are many, people always conflate many things together.
Need both a holistic view and granular view about serious problems.

You could have 100 provinces and Pakistan still wont progress an inch in a 100 years.

You have any work to show for such profound statement? Pakistan has progressed enormously in 80 years.
e.g.
Life expectancy at birth was 32 years in 1947. It is 68 in 2025.
Infant mortality was 25% in 1947, it is 5% in 2025.
Literacy was 16% it is 63% in 2025.
Per capita income in 1947 was $100. It is $1,700 in 2025.
