I wanna say next week 49ers vs Rams will be a great game but Rams seem to always disappoint when it comes to playing a good team that happens to be their division rival.

As for Dart he's not going to last long running the ball and taking those hits he's not built for that.

Blood was drawn yesterday, lab results back today.

TSH, non-HDL and LDL levels still a little high but trending in the right direction. Everything else is normal.

And, I am now down 12 lbs from a year ago, blood pressure holding steady at 116/84. This time last year it was 156/124!!

Much improved diet and better exercise has helped.

Dodged medication again. Received text from the doctor confirming labs are stable. Continue with the low fat diet and keep up the exercise.
