Probably best not to use drones to intercept, to ensure safely and quickly knocking down the threats. JF-17 with AESA radars could knock out these threats electronically or with their guns. Ground based gun systems and man-pads could take them out if they are detected close to a sensitive area. Laser defenses on the ground could be useful, but this is a low priority and low probability threat. Mostly for show.maybe a mix of loitering munitions or machine gun equipped drones used for interception, short range A2A missiles on shahpar/TB2 & EW/laser equipped drones
Also, ground based EW & maybe start exploring use of short range SAMs or anti aircraft guns mounted on highly mobile UGVs chassis

likely costs high 3 figs to low 4 figs per round btw.In fact for these cheap drones ASELSAN ATOM (programmable fragmenting 30mm ammunition) is more than enough provided you've the tracking and jamming capabilities installed on your MRAPs.....

On the last point, instead of solar, some are Using propane.You're going to need a range of methods depending on how advanced the drone is but using JF17 is not viable in the future tbh & even right now it's overkill.
Mind you, in the future you're going to be seeing a lot more drones. You can't keep sending a fighter every time. You're going to need a faster & cheaper solution. Maybe using a LIFT platform for interception duties would be more viable if a plane is needed.
But drones are evolving as well. E.g. akinci will be equipped with AESA & A2A missiles & they're both on the roadmap for TB2 too. Should look into an autocannon payload for drones as well. Plus they can stay in the air for extended periods of time so you can cut down on intercept time.

Maybe in the future you can hook up a solar charger to a loitering munition & turn them into airborne minefields that can stay up in the air indefinitely & intercept drones, planes, missiles & artillery.

The real threat is Mortar bomb carrying quadcopters.

They are a long way away from long range autonomous drone. However, a large off the shelf drone used for agriculture and available easily can be fitted with mortar bombs in days. These longer range threats need to have their origin sought but the higher flying and faster drones shot down before the fly the long distance to more critical infrastructure deeper into Pakistan.
