Back then, the same account was a symbol of pride, power, and psychological dominance. It struck fear into the hearts and minds of enemies. It represented a united Pakistan—firm, confident, and respected.

Now, after nearly 3 years of silence, that same DG ISPR account tweeted again. But instead of admiration, it was met with overwhelming hate and backlash from the people of Pakistan. So much so that replies and reactions had to be turned off.

That’s how far the Pakistan Army has fallen in public opinion—because of its unjust actions against Imran Khan.

Our policymakers and the establishment still don’t understand the damage they’re causing by the way they are treating Imran Khan—a global icon.

International companies used to pay millions just to have him in their advertisements. He was, and still is, a respected face on the world stage.

By humiliating and imprisoning him like this, they are not just harming him—they are destroying Pakistan’s image in the international arena.
 
There must be a lesson somewhere in this 'tragic' and 'disheartening' story. Probably one lesson is the illusion of 'power'. This man used to wave his finger and claim how he will make everyone cry kinda like Mr. Sharif Jnr. said he will drag some Asif by his moustache. All these demagogues forget that time favors none but itself.
 
The DG ISPR spends millions on songs, documentaries, and media campaigns to build a positive image of the institution—
but then they treat Imran Khan, a global icon, with such disrespect and cruelty?

All that effort, all that money—it’s being wasted. Because no amount of PR can cover the damage being done by this injustice.

You can't build a good image while destroying the one man who gave Pakistan international respect.
