The reasoning isn't hard to figure, Russian's are meat grinding through Donbass to the point even Zelensky has changed his tune, they needed a diversion to ease the pressure in Donbass, doesn't look like it's gonna be successful. And two brigades down to the ground as fertilizer.

Lol. What are you talking about? This brigade that is in Kursk was tasked to defend the Sumy region and is not some elite Brigade taken from another front. Ukraine has many brigades in defensive positions all along their border which is why Russian forces can't invade other locations in Ukraine. Russia sent 50k troops for the Kharkiv offensive and got their a$$ handed to them by the Kharkiv brigade that is tasked to defend Kharkiv.

What other brigade follows the one in Kursk will likely be from Kyiv or other non combat sector.
