Never as bad as it is portrayed globally. Do not get me wrong, there is a feeling of stagnation to an extent, and the far right have increased in popularity, but the UK went through the same thing in the 70s then had a massive boom in the 80s.

The contributions we make are not for our own pension. They aren’t brother. We get our pensions out of the big state money pot, and when we aren’t earning or have retired it’s the contribution's of those who are working and are adding to the pot that hopefully will provides our payments. The contribution's of the younger workers will actually be pay in yours and mine pension. And like I said any extra tax we pay or any buisness pay will also be paying towards the services you and your fellow pensioners are using. It’s like a big circle ️

And Pensions are paid from the General pot as well. Correct, there is no "pot" for pensions, tax collection and pensions alongside everything else is paid from the same "pot".
