Do these run on the old rail? Or is there a new one, what’s the cost breakdown of it?

Yes, old tracks are upgraded to newer one with adjusted levels (heights) and curves to reduce traction and increased speed

I think the old tracks will be replaced with some fifferent materials over time

old wooden/concreate sleepers with ballasted tracks are been replaced with ballast-less tracks with upgraded solid concreate sleepers - resulting reduced noise & vibrations during the high speed.

Yeah. That will increase the speed to near 200km/h.
