Pointless words, as China will not do anything and the USA (and we all know that). If Trumps wants to do something, he will do it regardless of what China says.

What does China think will come from its little finger pointing exercise? Best thing would have been to keep quiet ?
 
Is it even legal what US is doing with those boats in international waters or enforcing a no fly zone over a Sovereign nation ? or its going to be the same Kosher/Halal bombing? Necessary intervention ? Do not resist we are trying to help ? 2000lbs of democracy and liberty ? or for my Audience who understand Urdu, Humara kutta kutta, and unka kutta tommy.

Someone else's sovereignty? No. It's illegal if those ships were down inside Venezuelan water (12 nm inside the coast) that's an act of war.

High Sea? (12 nm out) Then it's a grey area. It depends on multiple factors, from whether or not the Warship warned or ordered the boat to stop, to which flag the boat fly when they were attacked. Different circumstances result in different interpretations of international law.

War on Venezuela is all about oil. USA itself is the biggest opium trader globally. Their history of smuggling Afghanistan's opium is well recorded and CIA was involved in it.

Therefore the silly excuse of Americans for waging war on Venezuela can be easily dismissed.

From geopolitical perspective, full access to Venezuela's oil can enable USA to decrease its dependence on the oil of middle east and hence waging war and destabilizing the west Asian region can be done with no worries about the energy supply lines.

This not only threatens Arab countries but also will eventually lead to putting immense pressure on China and threatening of its trade routes incl. oil imports.

Arab kinglets are way too stupid to undestand this simple fact with their 1 trillion year of civilization and their 500 million front.

China and Pakistan have to make these retards understand. Gwadar will also be a keypoint to secure China's energy lines. An alternative to Malacca strait.

China, Iran and Russia will undoubtedly support the legal government of Venezuela. Russia is badly looking for a way to return favor which was imposed on them in Ukraine.

With Oreshnik missiles aimed at Miami and Washington, if things escalate further, the terrorist regime of USA will be shown with its place.

So I guess US is breaking international law, or using its power to bully a weaker country who can't fight back ? I wonder if some cartel's are involved in drug smuggling is it justification to force a regime change ? or bomb that country if the leader refused to step down ? I know few brain dead zombies will come and say you are always critical of US, why don't you back blah blah, again I am just asking to understand that US bombing those boats in international water is legal when it comes to International law? you seize a boat, and stuff in the boat and prosecute the people, we haven't seen the US try to stop the boat or capture people alive but just bomb them or double tap to kill survivor's. Plus if US really want to start a war on drugs, shouldn't they go after those network who sell them? I guess Drugs are coming from South America but there must be people who take those Drugs and than sell it to US people, I mean high profile rich kids all do drugs, even many social media so called influencers do drugs, why not go after them? instead just killing those people who are transporting it? another question, will US bomb (Drone Strike) a meth lab on US soil ? now I find it hard to believe that there are no meth labs or drugs manufacturing happening on US soil, so I guess we are seeing classic bullying and this whole war on Drugs is just a cover up for something more sinister at play? like some say its about oil and Chinese/Russian influence, and Venezuela is just gonna pay the price with its people die in cross fire/power struggle.

If the rhetoric from Maduro is genuine and he prepared the Venezuela for armed resistance, then it looks like he is not being intimidated by Trump.

Each member of the armed services has a duty to: (1) comply with the law of war in good faith; and (2) refuse to comply with clearly illegal orders to commit violations of the law of war.

Further down the Manual uses the exact case in question, an order to kill survivors at sea, as an example of an illegal order:

18.3.2 Refuse to Comply With Clearly Illegal Orders to Commit Law of War Violations.
Members of the armed forces must refuse to comply with clearly illegal orders to commit law of war violations. In addition, orders should not be construed to authorize implicitly violations of law of war.

18.3.2.1 Clearly Illegal Orders to Commit Law of War Violations.
The requirement to refuse to comply with orders to commit law of war violations applies to orders to perform conduct that is clearly illegal or orders that the subordinate knows, in fact, are illegal. For example, orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.27

Every soldier down the line of command, from the commanding general receiving Hegseth’s verbal order down to the guys who pushed the button to launch the missile had the duty to reject the order. Those who have not done so are themselves guilty.
