No, RSS is not a deep state. Its more akin to a religious movement which has a political arm as well (among many other things). Are there people adhering to RSS working for the government? Yes. Are there ONLY people who adhere to RSS work in the government / beauracy? Nope! Are there businesses that are pro RSS, yes! Are the majority of businesses in India pro RSS? Resounding no!

It was broken yesterday by the INC spokeswoman.

It was a middle tier preparatory visit. Big boys from both sides did not meet.

Is there a problem in meeting Chinese? Is it forbidden? What is the big deal? If anything, it is the USA which assisted in Kashmir genocide, assassination of Homi Babha, Rajiv Gandhi, arson of SCL foundries, sanctioning of India across various points of time that should be treated as enemy. China has done nothing wrong towards India without provocation. 1962 war was because Nehru tied up with CIA and pushed forward policy with China, placed CIA surveillance devices and hosted CIA planes in India. It was clear Indian provocation, not Chinese fault. As for overhyping of Galwan clashes, it was not a military clash with weapons. China is not a beggar country to ask its soldiers to fight with sticks and stones. Even Somalian pirates have mush better weapons than what was used to fight in Galwan. If China was intending to attack, it would have given its soldiers firearms. The clash was likely a local/low level dispute between 2 units that escalated.

For all practical purposes, China being a non-Abrahamic civilisation, is a great friend of Indian civilisation. Chinese are not known to invade and convert others to Chinese in their known history of last 3000 years. So, even in the worst case scenario, there is not going to be a major threat from China to India as they have no reason to cause any major bloodshed with India without giving them any meaningful benefits in the long term. All anti-China sentiment is sponsored by the western media. Indian govt is only trying to prevent China from replacing USA once USA goes down as India seeks a multipolar world and not a world with another superpower in the form of China. It is only strategic move rather than actual enmity
