Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Hopefully full of things that will help fend off the USA. I do think the USN navy is the weak point that the Iranians shoudl focus on targetting. The optics of a loss of an Aircraft carrier is what can push trump back if this turns into a conflict. Trump will have a hard time managing those optics with his base.

So - I hope there are some serious ass anti-ship supersonic cruise missiles being delivered, one that the Iranians can test for the Chinese.

Well, that is what my mind says.

Iran should have a full quote of anti ship missiles and should have prepared for this for years

As soon as any conflict starts the straights of Hormuz will close automatically

And if Iran is attacked then Iran short range missiles will be used to target U.S bases in the region

Whilst U.S involvement look to be possible
Their is a outside chance it's all theater
And the U.S is just posturing to try and take the heat off Israel
The idea being if Iran feels threatened by the U.S it will (as it has) concentrate less on Israel and more about the possible war with the U.S
Thus giving Israel the 1-2 weeks or so to target iranian nuclear assets

The nuclear program won't be destroyed but may be set back

Then they can go back to "diplomacy" and talks and threats

Trump's thinking is shifting toward using US military to strike Iranian nuclear facilities, sources say

From CNN's Alayna Treene, Kevin Liptak, Kaitlan Collins and Kylie Atwood

President Donald Trump is growing increasingly warm to using US military assets to strike Iranian nuclear facilities and souring on the idea of a diplomatic solution to end the escalating conflict, two officials familiar with the ongoing discussions tell CNN.

The new, more hawkish posture represents a significant shift in Trump’s thinking, though the sources said Trump remains open to a diplomatic solution — if Iran makes significant concessions.

Over the weekend and into Monday, discussions among Trump administration officials had continued to center on trying to find a diplomatic solution to serve as an off ramp, sources familiar with the talks said.

But Trump signaled early today his patience for diplomacy was wearing thin. “I’m not too much in the mood to negotiate with Iran,” he told reporters aboard Air Force One returning early from the Group of 7 summit in Canada. He added that his objective in Iran was “an end, a real end, not a ceasefire,” or “giving up entirely.”
That is the main reason, there were many expectations from Israel, but it badly failed from a country that is facing decades of embargo, no trade, assassination attempts, and no friends.

Iran warns citizens to stop using apps like WhatsApp and Telegram after Israeli "targeted assassinations"

From CNN’s Mohammed Tawfeeq

The Iranian regime has warned people to stop using WhatsApp, Telegram, and other “location-based applications,” saying it’s one of Israel’s “main methods to identify and target individuals,” Iran’s state-run news agency IRIB reported, citing a security report today.

“Following the recent targeted assassinations,” by Israel, “including the assassination of scientists, reports indicate that (Israeli) regime uses mobile phone tracking to target people in Iran,” IRIB said.

The report said using these apps are “dangerous in these circumstances.”

The report also ordered people to switch off their mobile phones before changing locations. “People should refrain from taking their mobile phone to sensitive places,” the IRIB added.

The security report also advised the public, “especially employees of sensitive organizations, to use secure telecommunications lines and avoid using insecure software,” according to IRIB.

@Persian Gulf @Hack-Hook

See, Iran’s best opportunity for war was after 10/7 attacks. Israel made up its mind then to go after everyone.

As often in war, a small window of opportunity is given to change the winds of the conflict, and Netanyahu took it.

When will Iran reach the point of needing to declare full mobilisation ? The whole logic that Trump is relying on, is that this can be "self contained". A full mobilisation now will send the message to the world that this will engulf the entire middle east. That is a valuable pressure point for Iran in the war of narratives that may cause the USA to back off ?

Iran could threaten to push into Iraq and take over all American bases there when the war starts. Make it look like a bad decision that the Americans need to back off from.

Mobilization of what? Their assets are compromised.

They will come for us economically, it's our achilleas heal. Militarily, Pakistan is past the threshold of outright capitulation. The Pakistani people are also a little different than what the Zionists are used to; culturally, we have an above average appetite for war. Hopefully the Chinese rise has come in time and will meet a Pakistani economic impetus. This of course is my opinion.

But do not count yourselves out just yet. What has ever kept you lot down for long?

If Iran falls. Pakistan will follow, they can not sustain western controlled Iran and India at same time, so they will be further clipped and tailored not being to close to China and remain poor and sanctioned for ever.

Did you fall when Afghanistan was controlled by the West? These pseudointellectual statements serve no one.

Israel plans on striking significant targets in Tehran, defense minister says

From CNN’s Tamar Michaelis, Dana Karni and Catherine Nicholls

Israel plans on striking key targets in Iran’s capital city, Tehran, today, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz told reporters.

“Today we are going to strike very significant targets in Tehran, and the (Israel Defense Forces) spokesperson will address the residents to call upon them to evacuate,” Katz said during a visit to Israel’s central coastal city of Herzliya, which was struck by Iranian missiles this morning.
The defense minister said that his country is “running” the “campaign” of bombarding Iran, which is now in its fifth day, on its own, but called the United States a “great friend” when asked if it might join in with the strikes.

“At the moment they’re helping us on the defense against some of the attacks, and we thank them for that,” Katz said, reiterating that his country will not negotiate with anyone in Tehran to end the conflict.

“Absolutely not — we’re not conducting negotiations,” he said. “The only negotiations underway (are) between (Israeli Air Force) missiles and the Iranian regime of dictatorship.”

I think we need to take a step back. Iran has been under comprehensive territorial sanctions for decades preventing it from imports, trade and alliances. Non-western nations did not want to ally or trade with Iran due to fear of secondary sanctions’ exposure. This is why Iran was isolated. This has been in the works to make Iran weak so a war such as today is easier. Same with Syria, and Saddam. The west’s collective bias, double standards and hatred for Muslim sovereignty has no limits.

What do you think comprehensive sanction would do to an economy such as Pakistan?

Or Turkey which is much more economically integrated with the west?

This is why the Muslims need an economic and political union such as the EU, their own currency and financial structures. This is the only way to fight back and remain sovereign. This is what israel and the US aipac establishment are working tirelessly to prevent.

It would destroy Pakistan.

The recent spat with India where Pakistan defended itself was commendable but folks on here have become absolutely delusional.

A country under sanctions taking on Israel had no chance.

Iran is waiting too long to hit israel really and I mean really hard. The window of opportunity is closing, they have 24-36 hours left before the US gets involved, which they will unless Iran surrenders unconditionally.
