In that case — what "pro terrorist" party is ruling in Balochistan that they (military establishment) are unable to defeat terrorism there for decades?

Pakistan is democracy with strong military power to back it up. But democracy doesn't mean provincial govt can be allowed to be anti-state. Governor raj is in constitution for a reason.

At the base level the ethnocentric parties have had full impunity to create CHAOS

we need to decimate the sardars, the chiefs, the waderas

All ethnocentric extremists need a boot on their neck permanently and the enemies of Pakistan to be just brutalised

And that starts with the afghans and BLA Baloch types
