Pakistan is democracy with strong military power to back it up. But democracy doesn't mean provincial govt can be allowed to be anti-state. Governor raj is in constitution for a reason.

These narcotics come from across the border. Who is in charge of protecting the country's external borders? Is it PTI?
This is actually job of the federal govt to deal with Afghan refugees in Pakistan as it is related to a foreign country (Afghanistan) which falls under Islamabad's domain — NOT Peshawar's.
Provincial government is the first defense line. It's responsible for enforcing the writ of the state (and it has a lot of resources at its disposal and gets a lot of additional money from federal government) in the province.
Why terrorists are unable to penetrate into Punjab?
A provincial government calls military in case it is unable to deal with terrorists.
PTI's provincial government did nothing to save the life and property of people of KPK. Rather, quite opposite, it appeared to be in collusion with terrorists and smugglers.

We should have stayed out of it and let the Afghans suffer and be destroyed and not let anyone into Pakistan
It was our ethnic and Islamic connection to the Afghans that pushed our policy
The Afghans however are such haramis that even when Pakistan is the only country helping them and supporting them and they are desperate for Pakistani help and trade they STILL will try to attack Pakistan and cause chaos
Afghan people are worthless and now it's too late
Their is no point in needlessly crying about history or years gone by, from now on just treat afghans like dirt and a enemy

Not only in this thread but in much of PDF is missing that what's happening in Pakistan under the Hybrid+ system is a quasi-democratic setup: Imran's party given the power in KPK, a powerful Bugti clan given power in Baluchistan, the Sindhi Bhutto given power in Sindh, and the Sharif clan given power in Punjab. Everything points toward 'perform or perish'. After the 18th Const. Amendment, the provinces have been flushed with cash to the point that they recently contributed to the Federal expenses voluntarily.
The arrangement we see in Pakistan is very, very democratic in nature: Leave the security matters to the military and do your civil duties and we would leave you alone. All parties and ethnic groups, with the exception of the Idiot Khan clan are following that. Punjab excels in performance, Sindh is on prodded to perform, Baluchistan is trying hard. Only it is the Idiot Khan and his 'political party' who are too dumb to avail the political space given to them. As the saying goes: 'When you elect a clown, expect a circus'. Happening in America too these days. Imran is Pakistan's Mini Trump except even Trump is smarter.

But we have 10,000s of FC, army, agencies on the borders, our security forces are doing 1000s of operations in KPK and Balochistan but terrorism is still not decreasing. The army says terrorists cross the border, attack and leave. That is the job of the army and FC, agencies.

Nope. On Feb 8, Pakistanis showed that they are the most intelligent and democracy seeking people. The internet was down, 100s of symbols were issued for a single party, nomination papers were snatched or not accepted, and so on, besides suppression.
Still, they managed to find a PTI candidate and vote. Show me a similar example.

Shit democratic elections and then the torch is passed to the Bhuttos
The Sindhi vote for Bhuttos and wadheras
Baloch for Sardars
pashtuns for ANP, chiefs, diesel and khan
Punjabi for Sharifs
And if you try to end their chaotic rule you get chaos and conflict and victim narrative
The system finally said enough is enough
We will control security, national interest and borders
Just rule the provinces, stop corruption, end the chaos and jirgas and propaganda and let's just get on with it for a decade or two and start to change Pakistan
The problem with the PTI and braindead idiots is that they think democracy is actually possible, IT ISNT
