Five Chinese nationals killed in suicide bomb attack in Pakistan

Pakistan really needs to sort out this security concern, it has massively hampered all sectors of the county's economy and development, the reason why Bangladesh can develop so fast largely due to its safe investment and business environment, Chinese and foreign investors dont' have to live in fear when working or doing business in Bangladesh. China also invests heavily in Afghanistan and even in Afghanistan we don't see these many attacks.
An iron fist against terrorism is badly needed now in Pakistan.

China and Pakistan are allies and this is a joint project as part of the wider CPEC and China/Pakistan commerce zone. Both countries benefit and the Chinese have extensive experience in hydro power and infrastructure considering China has more than 98 000 dams/reservoirs in China, including nearly 40 % of the world's largest dams.

To minimize Chinese casualties the easy solution is for Pakistan to have its own work force complete the projects.

Is this expertise the Chinese can provide that no one else can? Are there no capable Pakistani engineers?

China is benefitting by employing there nationals who I'm sure are getting a bigger salary for working outside and probably have a hazard pay. All of this paid by Pakistan.
China builds infra with cost effective advantage around the world including US, you don't know?

Yes 100%

You got evidence of this happening in Pakistan?
Screenshot_20240327_144911_Baidu.jpgScreenshot_20240327_144916_Baidu.jpgThe Dasu hydropower station is currently the most difficult to construct in Pakistan, surrounded by mountains on all sides, with steep terrain and high construction difficulty. This is why Chinese engineers came to build it. Just like the development of the Sino Pakistani joint venture JF17, Because at that time, Pakistan lacked the corresponding technological level, and there would be an imbalance between the construction of major projects and educational resources in a country. Using Pakistani engineers is not something we said on our forum. But it requires continuous investment from Pakistan. For example, investing heavily in education and developing Pakistan's industry over the years,The current goal is to first build the Dasu Hydropower Station and provide power as soon as possible
If the relationship between China and Pakistan is not good, he will not take the risk to build the Dasu hydropower station, which is a hydropower station with high construction technology. We are in construction, and Pakistani engineers will be involved in various maintenance in the future. Just like some countries, it took decades to complete the fourth generation fighter jet, let alone this is a major livelihood project involving various industrial foundations

I got evidence that Chinese engineers work all around the world, why Pakistan should not have them working there?
Its beneficial for both countries. Chinese engineers become easy targets for insurgents. Replace the Chinese engineers with domestic engineers and the Chinese engineers don't risk their lives.

That dam is not completed and there are plenty of difficult to construct dams that already exist in the country. So it doesn't justify the necessity of Chinese engineers.

You should ask Pakistan why they don't choose engineers from your country, or if your own country has the ability to build such hydropower stations. Would your country be willing to help Pakistan develop and build them instead of sitting here and saying, "Hey, let local engineers build them, and then provide nothing? It's much easier to say than to do."

Probably best Beijing to get to the root of the matter Iran. It is targeting your citizen's working in Pakistan. Time for you to Speak up. You're being too soft on Tehran. And yet still no response From Beijing What is the Beijing doing about it? And why is china turns a blind eye to these attacks ?

We all know who sponsored the BLA attack on China. This is an open secret, not Iran
If it's Iran, their relationship should be like that of the Hussein organization. Obviously not, current terrorist organizations will collude in various ways for short-term benefits
Selling one's life to different forces for different goals has long become a tool of collusion
