With respect, this is ridiculous. The fault for the current conflagration lies squarely at the planning desks in Tel Aviv.

You will recall Tehran's insistence on an IDF withdrawal in Lebanon, which Israel disregarded entirely. Lebanese were dying and Tehran declared breach of terms. Events on th SoH specifically cannot be viewed in isolation.

Khamenei almost certainly knows and expecting this. The IRGC and armed forces have trained for this eventuality for decades also. The civilian government however is either deluded or compromised.

Could be the US as well, never forget, US, Israel, EU etc don't believe in rules or Ganeva convention, they will do any and everything to destroy their opposition and if it means spreading radiation in the entire region, then so be it. They only see themselves as human while others are just sub humans/monkeys/slaves in their eyes therefore nothing of value will be lost if a few hundred thousand die.
