Most probably IDF airstrike, they are participating in the latest round of attacks without announcing it to avoid Iranian retaliation… the entity would have no qualms about hitting a live nuclear reactor..

The U.S. is systematically eroding Iran’s military surveillance capabilities in south Iran so they can seize one of the islands if they decide later on

this is the hole in our decision makers plan

proably they think USA won't risk boot on grounds which is wrong as they previously though USA won't target SL in first hour of war ...

Khamenei almost certainly knows and expecting this. The IRGC and armed forces have trained for this eventuality for decades also. The civilian government however is either deluded or compromised.
