IMO IRGC knows those radar sistes are vulnerable. It is not a matter of how much SAM sites or TEL/TELARS defend them (actually IRGC anti ballistic missile protection It is not high).Good and relevant point. Important military assets like these radars must be protected, or else Iran's adversaries will blind her early in any war.
But they're really useful, because they give early warning and useful information about the nature and entity of any hypothetical incoming enemy squadron.
Assuming the moving doctrine of Air Defense of the IRGC and the protected underground of many TELARS, if any B2/F35 or even F22 is approaching to iranian airspace, those radars will give excellent information for ambush them and shoot down many of them. IRGC have shown even medium range IR specifically designed to deal with 5 gen aircrafts. So they make sense even if they ve lost in some days.
