Which 2 billion agreement?
They owe tens of billions to Iran which a part of it is from canceled arms sales

there was the 400 million pounds for the Shir-2 MBTs but that was with the British and we did get that money back supposedly. As for overdue contracts with the U.S I do not know. All I know is that there was at least one order for 160 F-16s which at the time was approx. 10-15 million per Airframe which would have made that one single order to be worth $1.6 billion if we lowball and say 10 Million per airframe. Then there is the after sale service fee for Training, Maintenance spare parts... and if we take the F-14 sale as an example it will come out to about what we paid for the airframes which means we are looking at a minimum of $3 billion just for the F-16s alone. I have no clue were you pulled the 2 Billion from?

That 3 billion is also in 1979 dollars which means that when adjusted for inflation it is worth around 10 Billion by 2016!

Intresting analysis. Further proves my point that the absurd RCS of 20+ for SU-35 claimed by some on here was indeed absurd.

It appears if a stealth variant of SU-35S were to be made than front RCS could be as low .5-.75 or at the minimum less than 2.0m2. The US is doing this with the F-15EX.

This again gives credence to widely reported RCS of 3-4m2 for SU-35 as is. Again that is frontal RCS and not the average RCS which is likely higher.
