Pakistan General Elections 2024

There will be pitch battles and PTI have shown they can survive the onslaught. Post NCV, PTI has been consolidating on street level.

You may have answered some of your question. The next batch of young Pakistanis that will be eligible to vote 5 years from now (may be even sooner) is lopsided pro PTI and couple it with the boomers that will be going six feet under. All stars seem to be aligning, aren’t they.

Going full retard at this juncture, will be a cardinal sin on PTI’s part. Absolutely no need to clash with the establishment. The May 9 drama that is being trumpeted every now and then resulted in the so-called perpetrators losing 40 lives and the victims suffered zilch.

The ultimate question is:

Evolution or Revolution?

JUI-F to play parliamentary role but will enter assemblies with reservations, says Fazl

JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman has said his party would play its parliamentary role but would become a part of the assemblies with reservations.
At a press conference, he said the JUI-F wanted a National Assembly that was truly represented by the people “without the intervention from the establishment”.

“Defeating the JUI-F through poll rigging was a conspiracy of anti-Islamic elements. Our fault is that we played our role in mending the relationship between Pakistan and Afghanistan, which is not acceptable to the US.
“Our fault is that we spoke up against Israeli actions in Gaza and supported Hamas,” Fazl stated.

He added that the JUI-F was an ideological force and would not compromise on any of its stances. “Our workers are determined to start a movement based on our history and sacrifices.

“If the establishment believes that elections were free and fair, then that means the army’s May 9 narrative has been buried,” Fazl alleged.

The true facts are as below 👇

1. **Clear Mandate:** Pakistani voters decisively supported PTI, granting it a 2/3 majority in the National Assembly and control over two provincial assemblies.

2. **Rejection of Opposition:** The electorate's rejection of PMLN is evident, signaling a preference for PTI's leadership and policies.

3. **Concerns of Manipulation:** Allegations of tampering with Form 47 and engaging in horse-trading raise concerns about the integrity of the electoral process.

4. **Threat to Stability:** Attempts to undermine the mandate through such actions risk inciting public discontent and exacerbating instability in the country.

5. **National Interest:** Upholding the integrity of the electoral mandate is crucial for maintaining stability and advancing the interests of the nation as a whole.

Sher Afzal Marwat claims Zardari trying to reach out to PTI through ‘middlemen’

Sher Afzal Marwat has claimed that PPP Chairman Asif Ali Zardari was making attempts to reach out to the PTI through “middlemen”.

“The party’s leadership held a discussion over it last night,” the PTI leader said in a media talk. “The PPP has hinted that the PTI can get its seats back under the due process of law.

“But the PPP clearly stated that its choice was PTI instead of PML-N,” Marwat claimed.

The PTI leader said he would discuss this development in a meeting with Imran Khan at Adiala Jail tomorrow.

Feb 14, 09:12
A fresh session of the National Assembly in which the newly elected members will take oath as lawmakers is likely to be convened on Feb 29 – the date on which the 21-day constitutional period of holding the general elections ends.

National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervez Ashraf will preside over the inaugural session and swear in the MNAs.

According to the rules and regulations, the newly elected members must submit details of their election expenditures within 10 days of their victory as failure to do so will result in the withholding of their success notification.

The success notification will be issued within 14 days of the victory. After that, the allocation of 60 women and 10 non-Muslim seats will be conducted.
Following the announcement of the official results, independent MNAs will have a three-day window to join any party of their choice in parliament.

This is the missing element "X" in the mix of civil war, we already know that Pakistan face political turmoil at regular interval now in that mix introduce a new armed and trained force under the command of one of the morally corrupt politician who is willing to anything & everything to gain and remain in power till eternity .....

Wollah you have successfully completed the equation of civil war
A new paramilitary force to counter the military will definitely lead to disaster and civil war, and what if this new force is under the control of Zardari or Nawaz Sharif? The new force could also end up corrupt so what solution will we have then?

The only solution is for all political parties to sit together and agree to fight elections, the winner will come to power and looser in opposition, they must also agree to not become the puppets of the establishment. The parties must also sit with the establishment to come to an agreement regarding long term foreign and internal policies. We can then unite strongly as a nation and move on. This political instability is costing us dear.
