you knew 6 year ago Iran prosecutor made the exact same accusation against telegram that France made.
do you knew what oppressive dictatorship bad bad bad Iran judiciary system verdict was?
telegram is a tool like a knife, it can be used for good , it can be used for bad things . you can prosecute maker of a knife if a killer use it for a crime.

let see what the verdict in the cradle of freedom and democracy , the fantastic Europe would be

You do not have to replay but this morning russians were around 10km from Pokrovsk, it might be earlier then November to reply as this sudden advance changed operational situation and endangered Pokrovsk almost directly.

Ukraine is a centralized socialist welfare state. It can't make anything. It's too inefficient.
