Most certainly antiship ballistic missile. Pakistan is decades away from fielding a hypersonic missile.

Not necessarily BUT is likely too broke to afford what is possibly on offer AND may have to grovel a bit knowing how Uncle Sam’s mole network is stronger these days than usual.

Them greenbacks/card making all sorts of ranks dance in this environment

If you have mastered manovering warheads for BM, you have already done 70% of the work needed for hypersonics. So yeah, no. Much sooner.
