What are the source of these numbers?

I mean I do not know how far from Rafale F5's radar will be able to engage KAAN because it is NOT yet ready and neither is KAAN.

Well OP is barking up the wrong tree. Higher Turbine inlet temperature means more efficient conversion of fuel into thrust - a good thing. Also, higher inlet temperature does not necessarily mean hotter exhaust emission. If the F110 was adequate for fifth generation platforms the Pentagon wouldn't spend billions on a new engine. The engine on the F-35 does much more than power the jet. The F-135 is designed to dramatically minimize IR emissions beyond 30NM. In other words, the nozzel and by-pass is designed to quickly dessipate heat so the aircraft is hard to detect at distances greater than 30NM.

So your F16s are also useless against Greek Rafales and f16vs, you will have fewer KAAN because it will be expensive jet I assume 100 or less will be on Turkish airforce

In any case balance need to be maintained. I understand we all are learner and except few none are professional in this field and can have wrong info & assumption and I respect OP Views but the thing which irritate more is opening a thread for every news and post. and SIPER Air Defense System enter service in 2024
150+ km - 250+ km SIPER Block2 Air Defense Missile by 2025

Lol here we go again you're not logical person at all but blind as hell , KAAN suppose to several time more effective than your current aircraft inventory as you claim than why you need to replace F16s with KAAN on one on one basis, if your govt stupid enough to do so there no need to replace the F16s with KAAN on on on one basis

USA and China has much more resources than you but they are not replacing their older generation jets with 5th gen jets on one on one basis such as USAF have 3000, 3500 F16s in their inventory but F35 will not replace all of USAF F16s in one on one basis (USAF orders 2300 F35) and same goes to China's J-20
If your govts is stupid enough to become bankrupt in the future than you should go KAAN to replace your all inventory with KAAN
