KAAN is for 2030s to operate together with 40 new F-16 Block70 and modernized F-16s until 2040

therefore
Turkiye ordered massive equipment , missiles , spare parts of F-16s for the next 15 years


in 2008 Turkish Air Force planned to buy 100 F-35A to replace 35 F-16 Block30 and F-4 fleet between 2020 and 2030

and in 2010 , Turkiye decided to develop KAAN Fighter Jet

This is not KAANs radar, actually a mock up for vistors , we have seen it for 6-8 years.

Aselsan MURAD has 1152 TR mudules, KAAN nose have 3 times larger than F16 nose, we can expect 2,5-3 times more TR modules for KAAN. KAAN will have side radars and rear radar beside nose radar(like su 57) hence he will keep radar lock on enemy while he run away good luck for enemies.

Although its true that most of the data shared by the OP can not be verified and that is understandable, forget 5th gen aircrafts, we can't even be sure about exact specifications of the 4th gens. Also, most of the points raised by other members to counter OP's claims can also not be verified. However the OP made a lot of points and it was fun to go through each and every post! I wish Turkey success with its 5th gen project and I hope it comes out better than expected!

Pakistan would definitely benefit from having another strong ally and partner which can provide advance weapons reliably!

I don't think its an Iron Bird, Iron Birds are built before building prototypes, the 1st prototype already flew and is going testing, including an upcoming supersonic test, make no sense to build an iron bird after that. This has been reported as a 2nd prototype based on the testing and lessons learned from the first prototype.
