Babur-Class (MILGEM) Corvette | Updates & Discussion

F280 is supposedly commissioned last year but never left Turkey.

The SSMs will most likely be fitted in Pakistan, perhaps its waiting for point defense or something else. No clear news that what exactly is causing delays.

Corvette range of operations is smaller its number of weapons carrys is smaller

But within 500km of Pakistan pretty lethal in large no's
What kind of anti ship missile it will carry? anyways, Indian navy can handle whatever you guys throw at them.

Hi,

Larger corvettes are like smaller frigates::==

Hi,

To the surprise of many---thru the current acquisitions of the type 054's and the Milgems---pak navy has somehow leap frogged ahead of the indian navy in a regional conflict---.

That's the most hillirious comment yet

Firstly you have nothing in class of kolkatta class destroyers their nearly twice the size of your new frigates with double the fire power and we have seven in service now

Secondly we have two medium sized carriers you have none

Third you have Three or four Agosta class subs
We have the follow on new scorpene with much better stealth better technology and six in service

We have better more modern p8 posedion Maritime anti subs planes 12 of them.

We have much bigger air arm with three times the number of planes and helicopters

Do you want me to go on
