Yes. One side is claiming the win when they've not even got a majority of seats in the doctored count.

Had these elections been held free and fair, PTI would have obliterated PML-N and PPP. If this is the result during rigged elections one can only imagine the results during free and fair elections.

Anyone can make a Excel table and declare 2/3 majority, and circulate it on twitter with no source/proof. Obviously PTI will retweet it because it aligns with their political interests.
